Parcel shipping: For orders up to 31.5 kg – delivered via parcel service.
Freight shipping: For orders over 31.5 kg – delivered via freight forwarding.

Returns

Useful Information
- Delivery time: Usually 2–5 business days for parcel shipments. Freight deliveries may take a little longer.
- Shipping confirmation: As soon as your order is on the way, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
- Customs & import duties: For deliveries to Switzerland, additional charges (customs, VAT) may apply. These are not included in the product price and must be covered by the recipient.
