Ecosoft Slim MO30000 4″ reverse osmosis system is an ultra-compact reverse osmosis system designed to produce up to 30,000 L of purified water per day. It is suitable for businesses that require water with low total dissolved solids, including breweries, household chemical production, cosmetics manufacturing, automotive chemical production, and car washes.
The system provides reliable water purification in a space-saving design and can be used where stable permeate quality is required. For optimal operation, we recommend installing a water softener or an ECOMIX® system before the reverse osmosis unit, depending on the source water composition.

To ensure maximum efficiency of the Ecosoft reverse osmosis system, regular replacement of filter elements is required. Proper maintenance helps maintain high quality of purified water and extends the service life of the system.
Cartridge and membrane replacement schedule:
- Ecosoft PP melt blown sediment filter, 4.5″ × 20″, 5 μm: replace every 4 months or when the pressure difference reaches 0.5 bar. A sediment prefilter must be installed additionally, as this system does not have one pre-installed.
- Membrane elements: clean or replace every 6 months, or when productivity drops by more than 15–20%, water quality worsens by 15–20%, or pressure drop increases by 15–20%.
You can replace cartridges and membrane elements yourself, but we recommend contacting a service center for proper maintenance.
Membrane element replacement recommendations:
- ⚠️ Use sterile rubber gloves when working with membrane elements.
- ⚠️ If high microbiological purity is required, disinfect the reverse osmosis system and the permeate tank before installing the membrane.
- Remove the membrane elements from the factory packaging and install them into the membrane holders. To do this, disconnect the pipelines and remove the membrane holders from the frame.
- Membrane holder cap components: 1 – screws, 2 – locking half-rings, 3 – end cap, 4 – sealing ring for the end cap, 5 – sealing ring for the end cap.
- Install each membrane element in the direction of the arrow marked on the membrane holder, from the inlet water side, after removing the end cap.
- Insert the membrane element into the membrane holder with the sealing ring of the membrane element aligned with the inlet connection of the membrane holder head.
- After installing the membrane element, secure the membrane holder head with screws and fixing elements, reconnect the pipelines for water supply, concentrate discharge, and permeate outlet, and fix the membrane holder to the reverse osmosis system frame.
- During the first system startup, discharge the initial portion of permeate to the sewer for at least 15 minutes.
- 💡 When installing the membrane, pay attention to the direction of the arrow on the membrane holder.
- 💡 If necessary, use glycerin as a lubricant.

Can the Ecosoft Slim MO30000 operate with only an antiscalant dosing station?
Yes, but this option is recommended only for feed water with a relatively simple composition and when the system operates at approximately one-third of its rated daily capacity.
For more complex water conditions or continuous 24/7 operation, we recommend choosing a system from the Ecosoft Professional line. These systems feature hydraulic flushing and support the connection of permeate flushing kits, such as PIMO612 or PIMO2436.
