Ecosoft RAY countertop reverse osmosis system

Product information

CROSS RAY countertop reverse osmosis filter provides clean drinking water without installation or connection to plumbing. Its 3-in-1 cartridge with an RO membrane reduces impurities, while the built-in purified water tank, UV sterilization, and TDS display help maintain and monitor water quality.

The filter provides ambient water and hot water at 45 °C, 65 °C, and 100 °C, making it suitable for daily drinking, tea, coffee, and cooking. The intuitive control panel lets you choose the water temperature and dispensing volume, while the filter replacement indicator reminds you when the cartridge needs changing. Thanks to its compact countertop design and child safety lock, CROSS RAY fits comfortably in apartments, homes, and small offices.

Smart maintenance

The built-in indicator reminds you when it is time to replace the filter, helping maintain stable purification performance.

Filter replacement

The CROSS RAY replacement filter (CSV175BHAECO) reduces sediment, chlorine, and dissolved impurities to deliver clean and great-tasting water.

Filter lifespan: up to 2 000 L
Recommended replacement cycle: up to 12 months

Actual filter lifespan may vary depending on water quality and usage conditions.

Filter replacement procedure
  1. Open the tank lid and remove the raw water tank.
  2. Remove the used filter cartridge and install a new one securely.
  3. Fill the tank with tap water.
  4. Reinstall the tank and close the lid tightly.

Warning! If the lid is not closed properly, the device will not start.

  1. Connect the power supply cord to the electricity supply. The device will automatically switch to water production mode. This takes approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the first portion of water, as it may be turbid, and refill the tank with tap water.
  3. Start the flushing cycle:
  • Activate flushing after replacing the cartridge.
  • The process takes about 20 minutes and cleans the filters and pipes.
  • Follow the device prompts and replace the water when requested.

Warning! Do not use drinking water while flushing the filter.

  1. After flushing is complete, produce approximately 1 L of room-temperature water, then produce 1 L of water at 100 °C.
  2. Make sure the system is operating stably.
  3. Press and hold the Filter Reset button for 5 seconds.

Daily use
  • Before filtering again, always drain the remaining water from the tank after the previous filtration.
  • Do not drink water that has not been used for more than 48 hours.
  • Clean the water tank and drip tray regularly.
