Dual gradient design allows creating two distinct filter zones.
Larger particles (more than 20 micron) are trapped and filtered out in the first zone and thesmaller particles (5 to 20 micron) are trapped in the second zone. It allowsthe cartridge to operate at higher velocities and lower pressure drop.
