PSE2005ECO provides compact and convenient scale prevention for home appliances. It features universal ½" threads and polyphosphate media to reduce limescale deposits.

Technical information

Cartridge Replacement
The filter capacity is 20,000 liters.
It is recommended to replace the cartridge every 6 months.

Instructions for Replacing the Ecosoft Scalex Cartridge:

  1. Turn off the water supply to the filter and ensure there is no pressure in the housing.
  2. Unscrew the filter housing from the lid.
  3. Remove the used cartridge and rinse the housing under running water.
  4. Place the new cartridge into the housing.
  5. Reassemble the filter.
  6. Turn the water supply back on.
  7. The filter is ready for use.

SCALEX has active components: phosphonates and acrylic polymers. ​They prevent limescale in 3 actions:
