The WS1 Auxiliary Microswitch Assembly is designed to synchronize the operation of two WS1 control valves in TWIN alternating or multi-system configurations. When installed, the microswitch sends a signal from the primary valve to the secondary, allowing the secondary system to initiate regeneration precisely during the refill cycle of the primary unit. This enhances system coordination, optimizes salt usage, and ensures efficient parallel operation in softening systems.

- WS1 microswitch: 1 pcs
- WS1 Screws 4/40 x ¾": 2 pcs
- WS1 Retaining ring (SS ¼"): 1 pcs
- WS1 Stepped washer: 1 pcs
- WS1 Interconnect cord assembly: 1 pcs
Installation and operation:
- Microswitch mounts to the drive bracket of the primary valve
- Red insulated connectors link the microswitch to the interconnect cable
- Stepped washer ensures correct piston engagement
- Secondary valve must have a 2-pin connection for proper signal reception
- Regeneration of the secondary valve starts 2 - 6 min after the refill cycle of the primary valve begins
Electrical compatibility:
- Interconnect cable limited to 24V or less at 5 amps max
- Compatible with WS1 series valves (note: secondary valve must support 2-pin connection)
