A-Soft 110 water softener with DV valve is an ultra-compact water softener designed for apartments and other space-limited installations. Installed under the sink or in a technical cabinet, it provides efficient water softening while taking up minimal space. Equipped with high-performance Ecotile Ultrasoft resin and the Ecosoft DV valve, it ensures reliable operation for modern households.
Technical information
The integrated brine tank is designed for convenient everyday use and does not require frequent attention. Simply keep the salt level above the water level, ideally around two-thirds full. How often salt needs to be added depends on water hardness and daily consumption, but for most homes, checking the tank every 2 to 4 weeks is usually sufficient.
Important: Do not allow the salt to run out completely. Insufficient salt may interrupt the regeneration process and reduce the softening efficiency of the system.

What is the Core softener and what is it used for?

Is softened water safe to drink?
Yes. Softened water has reduced hardness, which improves comfort and equipment protection, but remains safe for drinking. It contains fewer calcium and magnesium ions, but no harmful substances are added or introduced.

How often do I need to add salt to the Core softener?
Salt should always be maintained above the water level in the brine tank — ideally, it should fill about 2/3 of the tank volume. The exact frequency depends on your water hardness and daily water usage, but for a typical household, this means checking the salt level every 2–4 weeks and refilling as needed. Never let the salt run out completely, as this may interrupt the regeneration process and reduce softening performance.
