-
Can I choose the components of the emergency water supply system?
Yes, it is possible to tailor the emergency drinking water containers to specific needs.
The standard components are:
- dosing station
- sediment filter
- sorption filters
- reverse osmosis filter
Depending on the individual situation, these components might be added to achieve the desired water quality:
- UV sterilisation
-
Are the emergency water systems energy-independent?
Yes, we specifically designed our emergency water systems to be energy-independent.
If you don’t have access to reliable energy, you can operate the emergency water filter system with generators.
-
Can I use the emergency water treatment system together with my existing infrastructure?
Yes, that is possible.
To allow universal usage, the emergency water filter system is fitted with standardised connections, meaning you can easily connect it to your local energy grid or water supply.
-
Do I need a water-treatment specialist to operate the emergency water supply system?
No, anybody who read the manual can operate the emergency drinking water supply system safely.
A number of control devices is installed to help you run the supply system – and if you run into any issues, our support is here for you.
-
Are the emergency water supply systems smart?
While many of our products are IoT-ready, our current emergency water supply solutions aren’t smart.
-
Do I need to use a tank with your emergency water supply container?
No tank is required, but you can install one if it makes sense in your situation.
The emergency water supply can use water directly from any underground or surface water source, but if the water consumption varies greatly and the consumption is greater than the productivity during peaks, a tank can helpful.
-
Will the emergency water supply work in real-life conditions?
Yes. Most of our solutions have been tested in real-life conditions in Ukraine. They were deployed to refugee camps, hospitals, emergency accommodations, and temporary military camps.
