  • PFAS (per- and polyfluorinated chemicals) are synthetic compounds known for their extreme stability – hence the name "forever chemicals". They’re used in countless everyday products. Because they’re so resistant, they find their way into the environment – and into drinking water. 

  • Alongside PFAS, our filters also remove a wide range of other contaminants. The outcome is not just pure water, but fresh-tasting water too. We also offer efficient, cost-effective solutions for process water treatment. 

  • Our reverse osmosis systems are particularly effective. Water passes through a multi-layer membrane that blocks even the tiniest molecules. The result: safe, clean water – free from chemical residues. 

  • Yes and no – reverse osmosis initially removes everything, including beneficial minerals. However, our PURE Balance models and the STANDARD PRO reintroduce calcium and magnesium after filtration. This gives you safe water that’s also mineral-balanced. 

  • This depends on the model and how much water you use. The filter cartridges usually last for several months before needing replacement. Detailed guidance is provided in each product description. The CROSS 90 makes things extra easy with a smart LED indicator that tells you exactly when to change the filter. 

  • Ecosoft systems are designed for easy use at home – including in many rental properties. 

    To enjoy filtered water conveniently, you’ll need either a 2-way kitchen tap or a separate drinking water faucet. Installing a separate faucet usually requires drilling a small hole in your sink or countertop.
