The CO₂ bottles starter set is designed for simple and convenient everyday use with the Ecosoft SPARK smart countertop reverse osmosis dispenser.
To replace the bottle, unscrew the empty CO₂ cylinder from the pressure reducer by turning it counterclockwise. Remove the protective cap from the new bottle and screw it into the pressure reducer clockwise until it is securely fitted. Once installed, the system is ready to produce sparkling water again.
Each CO₂ bottle provides up to 60 liters of sparkling water, depending on the selected carbonation level.
Important: The CO₂ refill pack can only be ordered if you return four empty CO₂ bottles. If you do not yet have empty bottles, please order the CO₂ bottles starter set for Ecosoft SPARK first. In exchange for four empty CO₂ bottles, you will receive four refilled bottles ready for use.

For your first order, please select the CO₂ Cylinder Starter Set. - Step 2 – Refill Order
Once your CO₂ cylinders are empty, visit the ECOSOFT online shop and order the CO₂ Cylinder Refill Set. - Step 3 – Return of Empty Cylinders
Cover the UN 1013 field on the original starter set box with the enclosed return label. - Step 4 – Return Shipment
Take the parcel to your nearest parcel service point and send it back to us. - Step 5 – Refilled Cylinders
Once we receive the empty CO₂ cylinders, you will receive your refill package with filled cylinders.

Do I need to return empty bottles when ordering a refill pack?
Yes. The refill pack works on an exchange basis: you return four empty CO₂ bottles and receive four refilled ones. You only pay for the CO₂ refill.

If you return your empty CO₂ bottles to us when you order new refill cartridges, no deposit is required. If you do not return empty bottles, a deposit of £45.00 will be charged approximately 30 days after purchasing a refill package.

The packaging already includes a return label, so there are no additional costs.
